Mid-century modern Queenslander

The objective of this project was to conceptualize a premier holiday residence that seamlessly integrates classic Queenslander aesthetics with mid-century modern design elements, while infusing an Asian influence throughout the space.

Key Features:
- Two-story structure with a designated parents' retreat on the upper level
- An open-plan layout intentionally designed without a television, promoting a relaxed, communal atmosphere
- Expansive island bench that serves as a central gathering point
- Generously proportioned deck that enhances outdoor living
- A covered outdoor entertainment area that facilitates a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces

This design aims to create a tranquil escape that offers both elegance and functionality, catering to the needs of modern living while celebrating distinct architectural styles.
